Criteo — Agentic AI Experience

As part of the Design Strategy team, I shaped the agentic AI experience across three interaction paradigms: an AI assistant side panel, agentic DSP workflows with automated tasks and co-pilot features, and inline suggestions embedded across the product. The work spans multiple squads and required building a shared design language for AI interactions at scale.
